Assess Move and Improve (AMI) is the first of the Combined Strength Fundamentals Workshops series.
It begins with the Movement 6 assessment, to identify two priorities – the road blocks holding back your client’s progress. The WRAPS system then explains how to address these priorities in a focused program design integrating Warm Up, Range of Motion, Activation, Patterns, Potentiation, Play and Skills development, to achieve the greatest positive impact in every session. Finally, Performance 7 testing gives a marker to check progress across key exercises.
